1 Project Management

All installations will have a project manager whose role it is to ensure that the project is completed with the minimum of disruption to our customers, within budget and on time. Our full project management service enables us to direct and monitor all aspects of the projects’ installation, with the project manager being the main point of contact.
 

2 Commissioning

21 Plus Telecom Limited technical engineers, under the guidance of the project manager, will ensure that the installation and on-site testing of the equipment and solution are completed effectively and efficiently. During commissioning all software is programmed and tested to meet customers’ individual requirements.
 

3 Training

Upon completion of the installation we undertake to train key members of staff in the operation and management of the systems. User guides and quick reference guides will be distributed to ensure users get the most from the new system.
 

4 Maintenance Services

21 Plus Telecom Limited service centre is manned by engineers who have a wealth of knowledge and access to an engineering database covering years of historic technical information. The centre is available for faults as well as user guidance, information on systems features and programming assistance. We are able to carry out remote diagnostics, enabling our technical support staff to dial in – and in the majority of situations diagnose and rectify a fault of situation remotely.
 

5 Field Engineers

In the event that a fault may not be rectified remotely, a specialist field engineer will visit your site to identify the problems and repair the equipment. With the aid of remote diagnostics information from our technical support staff our engineers are usually able to diagnose and rectify the fault on the first visit.
 

6 Moves, adds and changes

With the continued level of change within the majority organisations, systems may easily lose accuracy and effectiveness. In order to counteract these problems we offer a single point of contact for managing and organising the necessary changes to your PBX.

8 Service Features

Telephone Assistance – provides you with support via the telephone. Many faults are solved over the telephone by either our service team or by a technical specialist. This service is available 5 days a week between 9.00am and 5.30pm.
